Annually, members of Soroptimist International of
Washoe County hold a Tea Party for senior women
living in a nursing home or assisted living facility.
Many of these women have few visitors throughout the
year, and this event brings them such joy. Mostly, they
enjoy the conversation and being able to share
their
stories with a friend.
